These terms govern your use of the Slay Social with Jen website and the social media coaching, Meta ads management, and consulting services we offer, operated by 3821 Digital Solutions LLC. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Slay Social with Jen, operated by 3821 Digital Solutions LLC, provides three programs: Slay the Strategy, Slay the Scroll, and Slay the Vision, alongside general social media coaching, Meta ads management, and consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate service agreement or proposal, not on this website. This site does not list public pricing and does not process payments directly; engagements are arranged through a personal call.
Client Responsibilities
To get results, you agree to provide timely access, information, approvals, and any required ad budget or account access. Our work depends on your participation, especially in the coaching programs.
Payment
Fees, payment schedules, and any required ad spend are set out in your individual service agreement, not on this site. Ad spend is paid directly to the ad platform (such as Meta) and is separate from our management fees. Payments are due as agreed in that separate agreement.
Results and Disclaimer
We bring strategy, experience, and effort to every engagement, but we cannot guarantee specific results, such as follower counts, leads, or revenue, because outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, your offer, and your own participation.
Intellectual Property
Content, templates, and materials we create remain our intellectual property unless your service agreement says otherwise. You receive a license to use the deliverables we provide for your own business.
Confidentiality
We keep your business information confidential, and we expect the same in return for the strategies, templates, and materials we share with you.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slay Social with Jen is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement as described in the applicable service agreement. Fees for work already performed remain due.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page, with the updated date at the top.
