Slay Social with Jen, operated by 3821 Digital Solutions LLC, is committed to making this website usable for everyone, including people who use assistive technologies. This redesign was built with accessibility in mind from the start, not added on afterward.
Conformance Target
This site targets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We test against that standard as we build and fix issues as we find them.
What We Have Done
Reduced motion is fully honored: if your device or browser is set to prefer reduced motion, this site's scroll-driven animation and reveal effects are turned off, and every section renders fully visible, in its normal reading order, from the very first paint. The site works without JavaScript: forms (like the contact form and the audit-download forms on the /audit page) use a real HTML action/method fallback, so they still submit correctly if JavaScript is disabled. Interactive elements show a visible keyboard focus ring, and the site includes a skip-to-content link. Form fields carry real labels tied to their inputs, required fields are marked, and validation errors are tied to the specific field and announced to assistive technology, so an error is never just a color change. Color and background combinations are checked against AA contrast, and the site uses proper heading structure and landmark regions so screen reader users can navigate by section.
Known Limitations
The booking calendar (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector) is a live third-party embed on our booking page. Because it is controlled by an outside platform, its internal accessibility is not covered by the in-house patterns described above; we treat it as a known limitation and will review and update this statement as the platform evolves. The audit-download flow on the /audit page is not a third-party embed; it follows the same in-house accessible-form pattern described above.
