Privacy Policy

Slay Social with Jen ("Slay Social," "we," "us," "our"), operated by 3821 Digital Solutions LLC, provides social media coaching, Meta ads management, and consulting services, based in Colorado. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website or work with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

When you use the contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), and the message you write. When you download one of our free audits (the Strategy Audit or the Clarity Audit) on the /audit page, we collect your email address and, if you provide it, your first name, to deliver the audit and, only with your separate permission, to send occasional tips and updates. Automatically, from your browser, our hosting provider (Vercel) logs basic technical information common to all web requests, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. For site analytics and marketing measurement we use two tools: Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. Both use cookies and similar technologies to help us understand how visitors use the site and to measure and improve our marketing, and Meta may also use pixel data as described in its own privacy policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser opt-out add-on, manage how Meta uses your data in your Facebook ad preferences, and limit both with your browser's cookie controls.

Marketing Emails and Your Consent

We only send you marketing or "tips and updates" emails if you have explicitly opted in through an unchecked checkbox on the audit-download forms. That checkbox is never pre-checked for you. If you download a free audit but do not check that box, we still send you the audit itself right away (that email is transactional, not marketing), but we do not add you to any marketing list. When you do opt in, we record your consent choice, along with a timestamp and where you gave it, in the database described in "Sharing Your Information" below. Using the contact form never adds you to a marketing list. You can withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email we send, or by contacting us directly.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule and hold calls, deliver the resources you request (like a downloaded audit), provide our coaching and ads-management services, and, only with your consent as described above, send you marketing emails. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Booking a Call

When you book a strategy call, scheduling is handled through GoHighLevel / LeadConnector, a third-party scheduling platform, under its own privacy terms in addition to this one. The booking calendar is embedded live on our booking page.

Sharing Your Information

We share your information only with the service providers that help us run the parts of our business described above, and only as needed to provide the service: Xano, our backend database provider, where your contact-form submissions, and your audit-download submissions (including your consent choice and a timestamp when you give one), are stored as our system of record; Resend, our email delivery provider, for transactional emails and, with your consent, marketing emails; GoHighLevel / LeadConnector, our booking platform, which provides the live booking calendar on this site; Vercel, our website hosting provider; Google, for site analytics through Google Analytics; and Meta, for advertising measurement through the Meta Pixel. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including relying on the security practices of the providers named above. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We keep your contact-form and audit-download records until you ask us to delete them, or automatically after 24 months of inactivity, whichever happens first. You can request deletion at any time.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law. If you are a Colorado resident, the Colorado Privacy Act may give you additional rights over your information; we honor requests made under that law to the extent it applies to us.

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page, with the updated date at the top.
